Target Conferences is the official travel agent for the Symposium and will be offering special rates for accommodation and Symposium tours. Hotel space has been blocked by Target Conferences at the following hotels:

HOW TO BOOK

To ensure availability, reservations should be made as soon as possible. In order to benefit from the special rate, kindly fax the completed accommodation form with the required deposit
(US$ 200) to Target Conferences. Please do not hesitate to write if you are interested in alternative accommodation or would like Target Conferences to arrange alternative pre-or post-tours of Israel, or hotel accommodation.

PAYMENT

Payment for accommodation booked in advance with Target Conferences may be made (less prepaid deposit) on arrival, at the Hospitality Desk at the Symposium venue, with a 3% surcharge. There is no surcharge for reservations fully prepaid at least two weeks prior to arrival. Target Conferences accepts traveler’s checks, and major credit cards. Tours and accommodation for tourists should be paid for in foreign currency in order to avoid 15.5% VAT.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

• Target Conferences reserves the right to change the hotel requested to that of a similar grade or better if they are unable to confirm the hotel listed in the brochure.

• All services are booked on the express condition that Target Conferences shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, any and all liability in respect of any damage, injury or accident, to any person or for loss of or damage to his or her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION          

Up to 30 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges

Up to 15 days prior to arrival - cancellation charge of US$100 per room

Less than 15 days prior to arrival - no refund
